FOUNDING RESEARCH CONVERSATIONS
Share your perspective on the school–home wellbeing gap.
BridgeWise is inviting a small number of Victorian primary-school leaders to share where family support already works well, where practical gaps remain and which needs deserve priority.
This is a focused research conversation, not a request for your school to design a service, develop resources or commit to a pilot.
Email Mark About a Founding ConversationWHAT THE CONVERSATION INVOLVES
A focused, low-burden research conversation.
Your role is to share professional insight — not to build, design or commit to anything. BridgeWise will take responsibility for turning that insight into its first offering.
- Approximately one focused research conversation of 25–30 minutes.
- Questions about current wellbeing practice and what families currently receive.
- Discussion of how families access and understand school wellbeing approaches.
- Identification of where practical gaps may exist between school and home.
- No requirement to create resources, programs or materials.
- No obligation to adopt any BridgeWise product or service.
- No commitment to a pilot at any stage.
- No student-identifiable information is requested or required.
WHAT BRIDGEWISE IS ASKING
Help inform the first BridgeWise priorities.
BridgeWise has identified a meaningful gap and is conducting focused research to ensure its first offering addresses the right needs in the right way.
These conversations will help identify where current support already works well, where families may still need clearer guidance and which needs should be prioritised. Your perspective will guide the initial offering — not build it.
Honest disagreement is as useful as agreement. A school leader who says 'we already address this effectively' is sharing critical and valuable evidence.
One question worth considering
Would ready-made family support linked to your school's current wellbeing focus be useful if the school only needed to select and approve it?
This could include plain-language summaries, shared vocabulary, conversation starters and practical home strategies — all prepared by BridgeWise. Classroom teachers would not be expected to create content or resources.
HOW ENGAGEMENT WORKS
Three stages — each dependent on what the previous stage establishes.
Research conversations (happening now)
A focused 25–30 minute discussion with Mark Benatmane. These conversations help identify where support is already strong, where practical gaps remain and which needs BridgeWise should prioritise first. Mark will briefly explain the BridgeWise direction and invite honest feedback.
This stage carries no commitment. It is a focused research conversation.
Possible co-design (conditional)
Where research conversations identify a clear and specific gap, BridgeWise may invite a small number of schools into a focused discussion about the initial offering. This would involve sharing insight to guide early priorities — not building or designing the service.
This stage occurs only where Stage 1 provides a clear evidence base.
Carefully scoped pilot (conditional)
Where initial development supports it, a carefully scoped pilot may be agreed with specific schools. Scope, time commitment, governance and privacy requirements would all be agreed explicitly in advance.
Nothing will be shared with families without school discussion, approval and appropriate consent processes.
WHAT BRIDGEWISE OFFERS AT THIS STAGE
Direct. Honest. Founder-led.
- A direct conversation with Mark Benatmane.
- Not a sales representative, not a platform demo. A structured professional conversation with the founder.
- Clear communication about what BridgeWise is — and what it is not.
- Mark will not claim a finished product exists, overclaim outcomes or make commitments the business cannot keep.
- Insight that guides priorities.
- Your perspective will directly influence which needs BridgeWise addresses first and how it develops its initial offering.
- No public identification without consent.
- No school, staff member, student or family will be named in any BridgeWise material without explicit written permission.
- Transparency at every stage.
- If a research conversation establishes that BridgeWise should not proceed in a particular direction, Mark will say so.
